Happy Tuesday everyone..I was soo busy this weekend and I drank far too much on sunday! (but i didnt eat that much- Half of a turkey burger and some chips) I was hurtin yesterday lol. July 1st was my first day on level Two of the Shred and I didn't do it on Sunday (I did Walk-Off-The LBs and strength training that day) or Monday (too hungover). I did it today but couldnt complete it. Im having intense knee pain so I think Im gonna have to take a few days off from JM and stick to my gym workout. I did go to the gym this morning as well. Maybe its just too much on my body. For the rest of the week I will stick to elliptical, abs, and weight lifting. I have to give my knee a rest. Sorry to all my JM 30Day Shred pals out there. Ive never had knee pain before so this is a little scary for me. I wont use this pain as an excuse to cut out exercise altogether though.
I have to admit I didnt track as well as I should have but I did try to write things down. Ok ok no more excuses. I'm a little busy today so hopefully I'll be able to come back a little later today. I hope everyone is doing well out there and had a great holiday wkend. I know I did !! :-) TTul luvs.

Sounds like you had a good weekend, lol! Good for you! You listened to your body and adjusted some things. Jillian do put some stress on your knees because I could feel it the first week. You are still getting your exercise in so that's all that matters! Take care!
