I've been away for bit folks..sorry about that. But here I am to address this award I received from the Wonderful Ms. Melissa @ Get Healthy With Melissa (Thanks Gurl!!)
So Let me get this right..The purpose of this award is to list 10 random facts about me..
1. I dont eat rice..and I haven't since I was 15. I just don't like it. I'm what you call a "texture freak". If its too "grainy", or mushy (i.e watermelon) don't expect me to eat it.
2. I prefer junk food over real food. I'll take candy over lasagna or any home cooked meal.
3. I plan on going to Law School (preparing for the LSAT as we speak)
4. My mother is Guyanese and my dad is African American. I'll keep in simple :-)
5. I have a B.A in English and Journalism but upon graduation in 2008 I decided that I didn't want to teach or write. Crazy, right??
6. I have a 2005 Scion XB in maroon and I'm soo ready to get a new car. ;-P
7. The heaviest I've ever been was 279.5..embarrassing, shameful, BUT THE TRUTH.
8. I have pizza once a week..Its a comfort food. (This even includes that 7 point lean cuisine mess..I can tolerate it)
9.I have difficulty tracking my whole day! I start off strong writing points/foods in the morning but towards the evening I begin to loose it.
10. I love roller coasters but at my heaviest I couldn't fit into the seat. I carried (and still carry) most of my weight in my thighs. I've never been so humiliated. I'm going to Dorney Park next week to see if this has changed. Wish me luck :-)
Well there you go..10 random (and embarrassing) facts about me but at this point I just figure my weight is moving in the right direction.
Hopefully I'll be back on tomorrow and I plan on getting on the scale tomorrow AM. I'll keep you guys posted. Tootles.

I am not a big fan of rice either, good luck with your LSATs. Don't be embarred at my heaviest I was 272, the only good thing is that I am 5'9", so I guess I carried it well. Good luck and I am sure that things will start to look up.
